Been a day!!! Found out my proofer makes a great rack to put can goods on to cool off (just make sure the door doesn’t shut). Small canning day today, 5 pints of sweet pickles, 5 dilly beans, 7 quarts of spicy pickles, 14 quarts of dill pickles and 28 quarts of green beans. Ran all three pressure canners and two water bath canners. Love this 10 burner stove! (Just not so much cleaning it 🤪🙈🙃
