Congratulations to Hannah Tanner, our May Office All-Star!
As Wyoming Asphalt's Director of Finance & Administration, Hannah is truly a jack of all trades. Nominated by two of her fellow employees, Hannah consistently goes above and beyond to keep our office running smoothly and support every department across the company.
Whether she's tracking down customer payments, helping solve office issues, or serving as the first call when the printer refuses to cooperate, Hannah is always willing to step in and find a solution. Her ability to handle a wide variety of responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude makes her an invaluable part of our team.
This past month, Hannah's dedication was on full display as Wyoming Asphalt implemented a new time and attendance software system. What seemed like a straightforward transition quickly became a series of challenges, obstacles, and countless hours spent working with customer support. There were early morning meetings, after hours phone calls, and what felt like weeks of troubleshooting and problem-solving.
For those of us within earshot of her office, there were certainly moments when hanging up the phone or abandoning the software altogether felt like the easier option. Not for Hannah. She remained patient, professional, and determined to see the project through. No matter the setback, she kept a level head and continued pushing forward until the issues were resolved.
After weeks of persistence and countless conversations, her hard work paid off. The successful implementation of the new system is a direct reflection of Hannah's determination, drive, and commitment to doing things the right way.
We admire Hannah's work ethic, resilience, and dedication to Wyoming Asphalt. Her willingness to tackle challenges head-on and find solutions for the benefit of our team is just one of the many reasons she is so deserving of this recognition.
Thank you, Hannah, for everything you do. Congratulations on being named our May Office All-Star!
