Monday Mommy Moment:
I DON’T HAVE TO MATCH THE PACE AROUND ME

August is moving fast, and the mental load is loading. 😅
But you do not have to match the pace around you.

This month is about being ROOTED

Being rooted doesn’t mean life is still. It means you know where to return when it isn’t.

Your peace does not have to wait for your schedule to become peaceful.

This week, don’t ask yourself, “How do I keep up with everything?”

Ask:

“What helps me come back to myself?”

& start there.

Save this for the week that feels a little too full and send it to a mommy who could use the reminder.

We had a time at the Culture & Vibes event!!!

Yesterday, we gathered in community, celebration, and remembrance as we celebrated Juneteenth. A day that reminds us of the strength, resilience, and rich legacy of those who came before us.
