This 1970s Lake Highlands home got a complete exterior transformation — taking it from heavy and dated to clean, modern, and timeless while still respecting the original architecture.
We kept the existing footprint but completely reimagined the curb appeal with:
• Painted brick + updated trim details
• New black windows and gutters
• Modern front entry doors + lighting
• Refreshed landscaping and hardscape
• Simplified lines for a more elevated architectural look
One of our favorite kinds of remodels is breathing new life into older homes instead of tearing them down. This one now feels fresh, custom, and current — while still fitting perfectly into the neighborhood. 🤍

The laundry room used to be the forgotten room of the house.

Not anymore.

Classic checkerboard floors, warm wood cabinetry, brass accents, and a moody paneled ceiling turned this narrow pass-through into one of the most charming spaces in the home.
