This project features:

✨ Trex Decking – Enhanced Basic Saddle
🔩 Hidden fasteners for a clean, seamless finish
🪵 2x6 treated pine framing – 16” on center
🪵 2x12 treated pine carry beam
🪵 4x4 treated pine posts
🪜 Two sets of 5–6 steps with a 6–8” rise
🤝 117’ of 3-rail handrail

From the structure underneath to the finishing touches on top, Better Built takes pride in doing the job right from the ground up. 💪

• Installed a beautiful freestanding cedar patio cover
• Added a full gable design for that open, high-end feel, and a flat shed roof for additional covered space
• Poured & finished a custom hand-carved concrete overlay
• Built with stone column bases for a clean, timeless look
• Created a space perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and adding value to the home
