BHI is underway on 5 more custom homes in Orderville, Utah. Its been a busy couple of weeks, and still a couple of weeks to go till completion. These will be short term vacation rentals. High end with all the perks! The views are so perfect, and so many National Parks close by. I love working here!

Almost completed. All of the finish work is installed on this backyard pavilion in Lehi, except the cabinets, grill and paint. Raingutters will be Installed after everything else is finished. LP products used on everything except the inside ceiling. Hemlock vertical tongue and groove from Oregon finished the inside. Can't wait to see everything completed.

If you have trees close to your home, especially pine trees. You definitely need good gutter guards. Bingham Home Improvements just completed this project. The Home owners are tired of staining the cedar fascia and the leaking gutter.
Bingham Home Improvements custom made and installed aluminum fascia, and replaced all the gutter and downspouts. The customer is super happy with the finished product.
I love working here in Southern Utah. The people are the best and the country is so beautiful. I'm looking forward to the next year and many more projects in this area.
