Wound up driving myself to ER the other day. I hope it was not one of these reasons that I drove myself there. Laid there praying that the stabbing pain would depart. After my vein burst when the nurse tried to add an IV in my left arm, my vein in my right arm retracted… the nurse left to ask the doc where to try next —- to get my IV in and I prayed ten times harder that whatever was wrong would instantaneously be released and all possible side effects. When the nurse walked in I was standing up with my shoes on. I asked to be released. I told her my pain was completely gone. It was for me…. A miracle. I need to keep going! But I realized again, what a huge blessing our health is…. Especially when we feel it slipping!
Thank heavens it left after 3 hours of dealing with it!
