Got plants that are looking like they're trying to reach the ceiling? 😂 Long stems with a few sad flowers waving at the top a whole lot of nothing? 😂 If your plants have turned into awkward teenagers, give 'em a haricut(Yes, really!) to get them looking fresh again! Trim the top third of those stems with some sharp garden shears, cutting just above a leaf node or new buds, and watch them transform into lush bushy superstars🙋‍♀️

This hot weather might be taking a toll on some of your plants. It is important to get them water either early in the morning prior to heat temps rising or in the evening.
When giving the "drink" to your plants it needs to be given water SLOWLY. Meaning that if you just dump water and it then runs out the bottom of the pot quickly the plant has not gotten a real drink.
In this weather watering needs to have time to soak in the pot. It is best to give a small drink so it has time to get down into the roots. Then water again the same way. Giving your plants the time to get water to the roots is what is going to help your plants grow.
Rushing while watering will not get the root system to have a "drink" which in turn will promote growth.
No plant grows overnight and thirsty ones. Be patient when watering, they are thirsty also and you planted them for a reason. So enjoy the beauty or delicious rewards of your labor.
