Had a customer flag down one of our guys today and tell us that he thought we were out of business! Someone intercepted (hacked) her phone call to our office number -the phone number we’ve had for decades-and they dispatched their own technician in an unmarked truck claiming to be us! He also charged more than double! If you call (925)-484-4290 and get anyone other than Joey, Laurie, Imogen, or Justin, you are not talking to the door Doctor! All of our service trucks are branded with our name, logo, and license number.
