Spring project 🔨 ➡️ Summer harvest 🥗
This little poject was a fun one with some old school mortise and tenon joinery locked in place with oak dowels. Glad to see it’s being put to work

Cape Kitchen is cooking
We were brought in after a leak ruined this entire couples kitchen in Bourne
Recommended by Lynsea over at Cape Cod kitchens originally for a window replacement
Scope grew to window, flooring, all trim, wallboard, shiplap ceiling and walls, paint as well as miscellaneous things throughout the house
Very happy how the final product came out
Appreciate the recommendation and the how great the clients were to work with

New Entryway for a great family in North Plymouth.
The door was replaced and moved to create a more functional built in mudroom area coming soon
Here the siding was replaced, new stairs and landing, awning roof and door to get ready for the next phase of the project

Going up!
From a post WWII ranch to a Cape Cod home with Nantucket Dormer. This addition in Weymouth included for us demo, framing, siding, roof and gutters.
The Homeowners are Gc’ing this themselves and asked us to give them a hand
Big thanks to the team especially Luxus Construction for bringing this to reality

Finally got some good pictures after servicing the range hood of this Plymouth kitchen from last winter.

The homeowners put a lot of thought into the layout and design of this kitchen to maximize the space.
With a love of cooking the prep area, grill top stove, breakfast and coffee area flow and function very nicely. We definitely dig this kitchen especially the mix of painted and stained cabinets
Last picture shows a tabletop the homeowner came up with from the old window jambs we saved milled and repurposed
Grateful for the work, very appreciative of the homeowners, happy with the finished product

New roof, gutters, soffit, trim and skylight over the fall at the pond to get this legacy property ready for the summer

Have hammer 🔨 will travel!
We recently finished siding this home for some good friends in Milford
Along with new Certainteed siding and trim we replaced all the windows and slider with the Harvey tribute line

Somethings are worth the wait and I think the boys at Second Wind Brewing Co would laugh but agree
We ended up taking over this project in the rough stage after some schedule issues with the original contractor
With scope including restaurant fit up, full kitchen remodel and basement prepped to brew beer on site we were fortunate to be part of it and looking forward to some after work beers in the future.
Go check out at 11 Main Street in Plymouth for great food and even better beer
