After sanding anything.
You MUST use a broom or brush to wipe the wall (etc)
Paint won't stick to dust

Cabot stain 1 coat on parents deck... Its only 1 coat and the water will still no absorption .... Go with Cabot or Sher...

This deck was pressure washed & then coated w/ 1 coat of stain.. Than after a few weeks it was ready for a 2nd & final coat. It will be protected and waterproof for 5 - 7 years.
