Now that the snow has melted and the site is backfilled, we started the 10' high first floor on the Becker job. This house will be solid concrete up to the roof which is tornado proof, rot proof and pretty much sound proof. The floors will be acid etched concrete with radiant heat on the main level, even the garage will have radiant heat. Let us build your dream home with ICF and save up too 80% on your heating and cooling bills. We also install basements and other foundations. Remember, ICF is ready for drywall with the need of additional framing and has a static R value of 50+.

Poured the massive 24x12 footer today for the two story full ICF house in Becker today. Had a bit of snow leading up to the pour, but a few hundred foot of tarps kept the snow out of the forms.

Take a look at the two story full ICF house we're building in Becker MN. 3,700 sqft slab on grade, finished concrete floors with radiant heat in the house and garage. The second floor will have radiant heat in the bathrooms and a concrete deck and stairs off the back of the house.
