What garage? We converted this clients garage and partial basement into an amazing adu/inlaw. This project was another fun project for us and our client’s. Basement project finished with its own climate controlled wine room. This basement came out amazing, bedroom, bathroom, office with a hidden extra bed and little room for the grandchildren under the stairs, behind a secret door. We hope the clients enjoy it as much as we did working with them and their project.

Who doesn’t like copper, complete gut remodel and addition moving along. Farmers porch copper roof and all the vents are copper as well. Clients have amazing ideas and look forward to moving on to the interior and landscape of this project. A lot of pictures picture for this complete rehab as it’s moving long, this is definitely will be one of a kind home with all the bells and whistles.

Getting close to wrapping up this basement for a client who really enjoys entertaining, as well as a great bottle and glass of wine. A little office hidden Murphy bed, along with a formal bed room, full bath, family room as well and couple other surprises to come on the final reveal. Thanks to all our vendor and trade partners,
