Alright now on to favorite remodel, the kitchen. There was originally a coat closet that was removed to open up the space. I also shortened the pantry for the same reason. I removed the old laminate flooring, patched and texture drywall hole and prepped for the cabinets. I framed the island and installed the cabinets. The counters were
done by , W***y does awesome work. The floor is rich cream lvp with 5 1/2 inch baseboard. The backslash is 3 x 6 inch subway tile with blackgrout and a schluter strip cap.

In the living room I patched some holes and applied an orange peel texture to a wall that previously had wallpaper on it. I then framed in a custom fireplace with a header running across the middle for easy t.v. mounting. Then I installed the shiplap. The floor is a rich cream LVP with 5 1/2 baseboard trim.

This was a fairly straight forward remodel of a bathroom. I patched up some holes in the sheetrock, leveled the floor and installed a uncoupling membrane to prevent the grout from cracking in the future. The floor is 6 inch white hexagon tile with black grout. The shower is a texture white subway tile with black grout as well. I also installed a matte black hexagon accent strip in the shower.

This was originally two rooms, a bathroom and laundry room. I knocked out the wall, framed in the old door and shower. Then I patched, taped, mudded and texture the sheetrock and hung durarock and prepped the shower. This is a custom shower with 4 1/2 by 10 inch beveled subway tile and black grout. The floor is matte black hexagon tile also with black grout. I also installed a shiplap accent wall behind the vanity and 5 1/2 inch baseboard trim.
