Had a rental property owner call in need of some new fencing in the backyard of one of their rentals. Got the old out, trimmed up some brush and limbs, then all new wood picket fence! Pre-drilled 6 holes each picket then coated them with some sealant, to help prevent splitting and protection from hard water and rot. Pressure treated posts with 3 pressure treated runners connected with the proper brackets. Think it looks wonderful and definitely brightened the back yard. Last bit of work on the basement apartment remodel. Customer wanted the entry way brightened up. Tape, mud and paint on the walls. Trimmed out over the drywall edges. Also went through patching some bigger shoes in the concrete walls, and sealed up with Drylok textured coating. Removed the handrail as well to refinish. Think it looks much brighter and inviting. Another repeat customer contacted me to do some updating in a basement rental, and a bathroom vanity of her own. Removed carpet trim and replaced with wood base. Laid down LVP in the Kitchen/Dining area, Bathroom/Laundry room and a small area around a vanity in the Master. Removed the old counters and installed some prefab countertops with a custom bar top. Put in a fiberglass 6 panel entry door today for another repeat customer. Original door was an old wooden right hand opening door that didn't seal well, and blocked access to the basement stairs when in use. One of my favorite repeat customers Farm and Hive was wanting to upgrade their kitchen with a tile backsplash. So they had a tile in mind, agreed on a grout color and I believe it turned out great! Customer was looking for some help with loose tile in their basement rental. Most of the tile removed came up whole, covered with air pockets in the mortar. Also noticed multiple cracks running through the foundation that got sealed up with polyurethane sealant. Some floor patch to even out the area.
