Furniture and Item Moving Policy.

We prioritize the safety of our cleaning team. We are not a moving company and do not handle large furniture or appliances. This includes, but is not limited to: beds, dressers, couches, and curio cabinets. If you have smaller items that easily slide and are safe to move, we will do so upon request. However, this is always at your explicit request, and we will not risk injury by moving heavy or oversized items. If you need help with large furniture, we kindly ask that you contact a professional moving service. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!

We care deeply about the health and safety of both our clients and our cleaning team. As such, we ask that all pet waste be fully cleaned up prior to our arrival. Our team is not equipped or trained to handle pet accidents, and exposure to these situations poses a health risk. If any pet or human waste is present, we will discuss a rescheduling or additional service fee. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep a safe and healthy environment for all.
