With baby number 3 on the way, we added some much needed space in the attic. Lots of lighting and two windows. It definitely doesn’t feel like an attic.

Good progress this week. Demolition, a little framing, new shower pan and diverter, Hardie board walls with a couple coats of waterproofing membrane, and even a little tile on the wall. We trimmed the niche with Carrara marble and there will be a Carrara marble accent pebble on the back wall of the niche.
