Hi, y’all! Question for you please, who takes Moringa? We’ve been growing it here at Turk Farm by request, and yesterday I finally decided it was time to see what all the fuss was about and took my first dose myself. (Is dose even what you call it? Because I chewed up some tiny little leaves. Let’s call it a dose, I guess.)
First instinct, was that it surprised me, tasted like broccoli with small a hint of pepper. 🌱
Moringa is often called the “miracle tree” because the leaves are naturally packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and protein.
Truthfully, I’m still learning about it myself, but anytime a plant has such a loyal following, I get curious. We’ve had customers ask for it, so I figured it was time to find out why.
💡Do any of y’all take it? I’d love to hear what got you started and feedback you might be willing to share. 💚
