We'd like to thank everyone for being patient with our schedule over the past 2 years as we had very limited availability on our daytime schedule due to our available hours and in our down time we made some key adjustments to the business to help provide the best experience possible..
Changes made to preserve quality service and reminders for homeowners
Back to full time hours read job hours below
No smoking on or around job sites.
No last minute squeeze ins on scheduling for non emergency situations.
No price match this in not Walmart
No we will not lower price cause you don't like it it's okay if its not a fit for your budget or liking but if it's not from a standard discount it's not happening this is not an auction site it's a business
All change orders signed and paid before change order work is adjusted or started
All consultations/estimates are free the first visit and 250 for any estimate we've already done.
if it's a separate project but same address the estimate is still free we only put this in effect to stop getting called to talk about the same project multiple times when there's no intention to have work done we do not waste your time please don't waste ours we don't mind walking you through it but we do mind visiting same site for same job 3 times for the same conversation
All special material orders paid in full and non refundable you keep the product you payed for some store may let you return with a restocking fee of 20-50 percent (whatever store rules are)
We are back to full time hours. 8-12 hours on site depending on the job at hand and time requested by homeowner or as some jobs simply take smaller spurts or time to complete as the (mud work)finished work for sheetrock there's no 12 hrs of tape and mud on smaller sheetrock jobs sometimes there is 3 hour mud days if that's all that's involved with the project
Friendly reminder to the ones we squeezed in our schedules the same or following week that were a hour from our shop with little to no advancement to prepare ahead of time you were upset we'd show up at 9am-10 am but truth is our day started at 5 30 round up the crew start loading trailers with proper tools then getting to store to purchase or load the materials because delivery wasn't available with the timeframe of your request and sometimes the stores employees putting orders together just don't have the same care or hustle as us folks on site so we must wait on them and check order they prepared or just take the hour or two to round up and load what's on the materials list which consist of items sometimes from different suppliers depending on the project scope. So we've decided no favors to squeeze in jobs if we can't prepare ahead of time as it's best for both the homeowner and business owner.
New interior work hours will be 8am-4pm unless requested otherwise by the home owner this allows the homeowners personal time getting ready with their family with not be rushed the evening close up time allows your home to be clear and ready for dinner as we understand after a long work day some folks do not want to come home to watch and deal with two more hours of work.(We can arrive earlier and stay later if requested)
Exterior renovation(siding, windows, soffit, facia, decks) on site hours will be 7/730 am -5pm unless requested otherwise or weather permitting
Concrete hours depending size of project will run 6am to 6pm or when finish work is complete if it's pouring day.
Roofing will be 7-5 with the rule nothing new after 2 meaning no opening new sections of the home after 2pm unless surprise weather moves in and the executive decision is made to have job completed to beat the incoming weather all roof jobs are done through another company i partnered with for roofs only I've been working beside them since 2009 before I opened Winns Precision Contracting in 2016 our partnered roofing company specializes in standing seam, custom copper, slate, and also installs shingles and rubber they have been in business for 30 years.
All additions garages and barns will require blues prints, and updated land surveys to assure no variance is needed if it is needed it can take 3-6minths depending on board and town meeting dates
New construction builds need to be contracted 1 year in advance for whole homes up to 2,400 sqft to be able to pull proper permits make plan adjustments and get materials in order if they are special orders
Small additions will need 6 months in advance to obtain proper permits, blueprints and material delivery to provide efficient service
Garage builds and small barns need 1- 3 months advance to obtain permits, blueprints and schedule material delivery
24/7 emergency repairs (does not mean text me at 8pm saying you want to change cabinet color ) it is for folks who experience emergencies such as but not limited to roofing leaks , flooding, tree falling on home ect
Thank you to everyone who has supported us
