The start of an arch using pressure-treated logs, measuring 26-30 inches in diameter and 24-45 feet long, buried in the ground on a bed of crushed gravel for drainage, ensures a 28-foot entryway that will look great for years. More pictures will be posted upon completion.

Fencing Montana acquired a new mascot. Everyone meet Cupid, the highest selling Lamb at the Missoula Fair. Giving back to the community is imperative to us. The best way we see fit is the 4-H and FFA youth. Darreck showed hogs and steers, and Karly showed lambs for 10 years. Karly has also been told no to buying or having sheep. Funny how that works 🤣. Congrats Aubree on a great market lamb!

Fencing Montana is proud to support Montana 4-H and FFA kids! Today we purchased “Bacon Strips” from a young 4-Her who has a variety of projects! Darreck showed hogs and steers in 4-H years ago and was excited at the opportunity to give back to the community! Congrats to all the Big Sky 4-H and FFA kids selling their market projects today!

A quick deer free garden fence! We have been so jam packed fencing we’ve slacked on posting our completed projects! Our summer is filling up fast so if you’re after a project estimate let us know asap!

This has to be one of the neatest cedar privacy fences we’ve ever done. Dexter wanted a fence that looked good from every angle, so his neighbors and HOA would be happy with the design. So Darreck and Dexter hit the drawing board on what would work best and this is what they came up with.

This 6ft cedar privacy fence alternates every section so you can see the runners and every post is hidden. So no matter what angle you see this fence from it looks fantastic. There’s no visible gate latches or locks on the outside and we added durability by evenly gaping the boards so when Montana weather changes temperatures quickly the boards can expand but not deteriorate over time.

It allows the perfect view of the mountains and the lake, and keeps their backyard secure for their two dogs.

We know this is going to be a new staple design and would love to come out and give you a free estimate of what it would take to have this done in your backyard.

Catching up on some project posts! This was a neat dog fence we did a couple weekends ago for this way their dogs; Paisley, Babe and Duke have a safe yard to hang out in.

For the past month we’ve fought it out with Google as they will not post our business listing so it’s visible on search or allow customers to leave reviews. We’ve had many mentions of customers leaving us a review but when we go to check it isn’t there. Google confirmed (after many emails) that reviews are being submitted for Fencing Montana but that google is flagging them as inappropriate. Apparently this is a common issue with small businesses.

That being said a fellow business owner suggested that people viewing the listing, liking the photos posted on it, and if we’ve done fence work for you leaving a review. If enough people do that google will start to show our listing and let reviews be posted. We would sure appreciate the help! Google is crucial for business owners!

Long time no talk! It’s been a whirlwind the past few weeks. We had to unexpectedly move two weeks earlier than planned, so if you’re waiting to hear back on bids please know we are back in the full swing of things and will contract you asap! We appreciate the patience and support. We’re out building Fence this weekend trying to enjoy the sunshine while we have it!
