Grading is finished. Some fine tuning Monday and this job is finished. I have been moving dirt, concrete, and asphalt for 2 weeks. Asphalt goes back in next week.

Asphalt was 5" thick in 40% of it. 2 more loads to haul and i can finish grading.

We have finished removing all the curbs and tree tree trunks. 20 dump truck loads later, we have removed the last trunk. We have finished grading and awaiting city approval to lay asphalt.

We are now starting to demo the outside parking lot to make room for more parking and a larger handicap spot. Jackhammering the curbs proved to be futile. All curbs must go tomorrow.

The roof has been finished. We have just finished stucco patching and spent four days stripping, scraping, and sanding all the paint from the window frames. This weekend was spent painting. As soon as the owner finds a renter, we will build to suit.
