Full gut and remodel of bathroom, this one is very interesting as it had abandoned door to the exterior that we swapped out for a new exterior door to make it functional. Anytime you are outside and you gotta go, now you can literally run right into the bathroom.

✔️Complete Full Gut
✔️Framed out new higher ceiling in entire bathroom to make the space feel much bigger, new wall for new pocket door, new shower/closet wall, new closet door wall & new header with new liners for exterior door.
✔️Installed new plywood on the floor, hardie backer on the floor, cement board in the shower and green board throughout the entire bathroom.
✔️Fully insulated exterior walls, waterproofed shower area & moved around plumbing to give a bigger closet space and bigger ceiling.
✔️Installed new tiles in the shower and the floor.
✔️Installed new vanity, mirror, vanity light, ceiling light/fan combo, moved light switches into bathroom, new GFCI outlets, Exterior light for exterior door, new toilet, shower fixtures that included a rainshower/handheld retrofit combo, and toilet.
✔️Installed trim around the doors, base trim, closet shelving and painted everything
✔️Customer was ecstatic at the end result

We upgraded this kitchen with the following: a new sliding door for the patio, new siding, new roof, new coats of mortar for the foundation, new window over sink, new cabinets, new countertops, new appliances and a custom built new pantry!
