What started with only Fred and Darrell Stolhand has grown to more than 70 employees. Employee Spotlight 🔦 Breydon Fields
Breydon has grown up around the trades his entire life, and it shows. Focused, ambitious, and driven to keep improving, Breydon has already built an impressive list of accomplishments. He started by earning his HVAC Journeyman license, then followed it with his Plumbing and Boiler licenses, and has now added another major achievement: Process Piping Journeyman. That kind of progress doesn’t happen by accident. It takes discipline, long hours, and a willingness to keep pushing when most people would be satisfied with where they already are. We’re proud of Breydon’s continued growth and excited to see what he takes on next. 👏

This is the part of my job I love most. Sharing the stories of guys who put in the blood, sweat, and countless hours to change their lives. Kevin Young is a perfect example. When Kevin started in early 2022, he was riding on the back of a sanitation truck, picking up other people's trash. Today, Kevin Young is a licensed journeyman plumber. That license represents years of work, sacrifice, early mornings, long days, and a commitment to becoming something more. Kevin, we are incredibly proud of you. You did it.
