🚧 NOW HIRING: WORKING FOREMAN (Concrete / Commercial Concrete) 🚧
We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead one of our concrete crews. This is a hands-on leadership role — not a point-and-tell position.
Requirements:
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifically concrete and commercial concrete plans
• Experience operating:
• Mini excavator
• Skid steer
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement and finishing using:
• Riding trowel machines
• Walk-behind trowel machines
• Proven ability to lead and manage a crew
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and pride in quality work
• Willing to work alongside the crew and lead from the front
Not required but would be great if fluent in Spanish
