This beautiful 17-acre property gave Tangi Tree the opportunity to do a little “tree-iage,” safely removing several dead trees while providing Plant Health Care to many more. Our crew also carefully navigated the tight spaces along the Stations of the Cross path at the back of the property, ultimately creating a safer, more accessible path while preserving the beauty and integrity of the surrounding landscape.

From thoughtful removals to proactive tree care, this project was a great example of what it means to care for a property as a whole. Tasker Park in Ponchatoula has seen some exciting improvements this summer, including the addition of a new covered basketball court and other upgrades that make the park a better place for the community to enjoy.

Tangi Tree is proud to have the opportunity to remove a dangerous, dead pine tree at the park, helping create a safer and more open area for everyone who visits. It’s always rewarding to contribute to projects that enhance our community and help keep our public spaces safe and welcoming. 🛝🌳

Tangi Tree Company is a locally-owned, family-operated tree care company based in Ponchatoula and we're looking for the right person to join our world in a unique, flexible role that blends personal assistance with real business responsibilities.
This is NOT a traditional desk job. Here's what it actually looks like:
🏡 Personal Side:
✅ Running errands
✅ Household organization
✅ Coordinating vendors and home appointments
📋 Business Side:
✅ Answering phones and scheduling client appointments
✅ Supporting day-to-day business operations
✅ Google Docs, spreadsheets, and general tech tasks
✅ Helping keep a busy family-run company organized and moving
You'll report to both the owners (Husband and Wife) and be a trusted part of how this household and business runs day to day.
What we're looking for:
🔑 Own reliable transportation
🔑 Tech-savvy comfortable with Facebook, Google Docs, spreadsheets
🔑 Trustworthy, organized, and great with people
🔑 Comfortable working in and around a family home (kids ages 9-12)
