We are expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Foreman to help lead a second crew. This is a great opportunity to grow with a reputable local company that values hard work, craftsmanship, and delivering a high quality product.

đź›  Position: Foreman (Full-Time)

💵 Pay: $28–$33/hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
• Independently lead a team on residential concrete projects
• Ensure job site safety, quality, and efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints, grades, and project specs
• Coordinate with the owner and manage daily job flow
• Mentor and support crew members on site

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on concrete experience
2. Proven leadership or foreman experience
3. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
4. Strong knowledge of safety standards and best practices
5. Ability to manage time, people, and materials effectively

Preferred Skills:
• Experience operating skid steers or mini-excavators
• Proficient with laser levels and layout tools

We thank you for fighting for our freedom, so we can enjoy the blessing of living in this country.
