NOW HIRING | The Goat Lawncare LLC 🐐

The Goat Lawncare is looking for a part-time lawn care helper to join our team with the possibility of turning into a consistent daily position for the right person.

Job Duties:
• Mowing lawns
• W**d eating/trimming
• Blowing off driveways and sidewalks
• General lawn maintenance and cleanup
• Assisting with landscaping projects as needed
• General shop cleaning and organization
• Basic mower and equipment maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
• Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:
• Monday through Thursday: Start time 5:00 PM
• Friday and Saturday: Start time 6:00 AM
• End times will vary daily depending on mowing schedules, maintenance needs, weather conditions, and workload completion. Work days end when all scheduled mowing and maintenance tasks are completed.

We're looking for someone who wants more than just a temporary job. If you work hard, show initiative, and prove yourself, this can grow into a steady daily position.

📢 Client Update from The Goat Lawncare

We have heard our clients' feedback and understand that some people have concerns regarding the automatic payment system we recently announced.

After discussing things with both our staff and our clients, we have decided that automatic payments will not be required at this time. While automatic payments are still encouraged for convenience and to help keep accounts current, they will remain optional.

However, if a payment is missed, automatic payment enrollment will be required before services can be reinstated.

We value every one of our clients and appreciate your feedback. We always want to find solutions that protect our business while also making things comfortable and convenient for our customers.

I hate to even have to make this post, but after going through invoices and seeing how many accounts are unpaid or extremely late, totaling hundreds of dollars already this month alone, it’s something I have to do to keep The Goat Lawncare going strong. 🐐

So I wanted to let everyone know here first that starting today, all clients will be receiving a call from me or my office manager about some new policies moving forward.

We will now be requiring:
• A signed service contract for all recurring clients
• A payment method kept on file
• Automatic payments set up either:

- Monthly on a date that works best for you (services must be paid 1 month in advance with this option), or
- Payments processed as services are rendered

We will also be implementing:
• Late fees for unpaid balances
• A limit of 3 skips per mowing season
• A required 24-hour notice for skips, otherwise the scheduled service will still be charged

I truly hate having to do this, and honestly didn’t want to, but I simply can’t afford not to. We work hard every day to provide reliable service, and without payments being made on time, we will not be able to stay in business long term.

We appreciate every single customer that supports us, pays on time, recommends us, and continues trusting The Goat Lawncare with your properties. Your support means more than you know. ❤️

Everyone loves to talk about success… but let’s talk about a mistake for a minute.

We were weedeating a client’s yard and made a mistake — we busted out their back glass.

Let’s be real: accidents happen. What matters is how you handle them.

We immediately notified the client, cleaned everything up, and took full responsibility. Their back glass has now been completely replaced — paid for by The Goat Lawncare. We even picked them up from the glass shop and made sure they got to work.

We stand behind our work, the good and the bad. Accountability isn’t optional — it’s part of doing business the right way.
