This project started as an old, deteriorated storage structure that had reached the end of its life. The roof was failing, framing was compromised, siding was damaged, and the building was no longer functional or safe to use.

Instead of trying to patch it together, we performed a full tear down and rebuild from the ground up to give the homeowner a durable, modern storage space that will last for years.

Project scope included:

🏡 PROJECT RECAP — What started as a small shower update turned into a mini home makeover! 🔥

This recent home transformation was an absolute blast for our team. The homeowners originally requested a shower update… but once we got rolling, it turned into a full remodel with multiple upgrades throughout the home!

Here’s what we completed on this project:

✅ Built a custom bench/window seat in the dining room with built-in storage
✅ Opened up the living room + dining room by removing the wall separating the two spaces
✅ Gave the original fireplace a modern facelift with a new mantle + granite
✅ Added major storage by modifying the original kitchen hutch — now the bottom half is fully accessible with a large new storage area
✅ Moved the dishwasher further back into the wall so all surrounding cabinets can open/close with no clearance issues
✅ Full bathroom remodel including new lighting + granite
✅ Added a second walk-in shower and installed new drawers for extra storage
✅ Upgraded the closet with more usable space, all new shelving, and a hidden cabinet
