We want to announce we will not be renting 2025 and possibly 2026. We are remodeling the kitchen and living room and unsure how long that may take. If we do resume renting there will be a significant increase.

FYI. We will not be renting summer 2025 due to starting remodeling this year. We have not decided if we will rent after the remodel. If we do, there will be a significant rent increase.
