🚨 Responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and installing a wide variety of overhead doors, electric operators, and access controls (Gates) in both Residential & Commercial settings.
✔️ Basic Requirements
Valid Driver License with clean driving record
Able to perform heavy lifting
Work at heights from ladders & lift equipment
Work outdoors in all seasons
Construction experience/knowledge preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical systems & circuits
Candidate must have own tools - Company supplied power tools
⏰ Work Schedule
Monday - Friday
7:30 am - 4 pm
💰 Compensation
Wages are commensurate with experience & motivation
Overtime hours are common

James V. Schwind, founder of JVS Garage Door in 1974, has gone to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ at age 94. He has been my father in law for 42 years,. He was my boss for 3 years, and partner for 4 years before selling the company to us 35 years ago. I will miss him and be forever grateful for giving me a chance to learn the trade and especially for permission to marry his beautiful daughter.
