First a thanks and shout out to & for the opportunity to work on such an awesome project for an amazing restaurant/bar
We had the privilege to complete all tile work from the vestibule to the kitchen tile through to the bathrooms. We also built custom archways and and completed all brick work to make the custom built in seating even all the more comfortable. My favorite part of this project was of course the bar. We had a fun time bringing this amazing design and what is the heart of every good restaurant to life. From the floor tile to the ceiling we customized everything from the counter to the built-ins above.

Here you go, some more of our life changing work! These are some additional before and after pics of the full home reno and extension we completed in Mount Sinai. We went out 16' along the entire back of the house. This created a grand master suit with a walk-in closet that was once the bathroom and closet. We built a 5x16 bathroom with a separate water closet and double vanity, convenient for when couples are getting ready together. As you can see, we supported large open cathedral ceilings with the gorgeous authentic reclaimed oak column that matches the fireplace mantles. The high ceilings really allow the beauty of this memorizing 2 tone kitchen to come to life and radiate it's beauty. I think in life, experience is the best way to learn and grow. Although, it is not and should not be the only way. It is important to keep an open mind, and at that, an expanded mind. Reading literature that is inspirational, spiritual and or educational are all great ways to expand and grow not just mentally but spiritually as well. As I sit doing paperwork on this rainy day I also browse old photos looking for inspiration to post our work. I came across an old image of my house with my very first 1997 green f150 pick up truck from when I started my business. I am proud to look back at my life and to see the struggles I've overcome and the man I am today! You can see the transformation I've made to my home and in a way that can reflect my life. "The best things in life requires the most work, but has the greatest rewards"!

Another custom and gorgeous bathroom completed by Iacono Improvements Inc! With a custom built vanity and matching cabinet for laundry. The vanity was designed to accommodate a wall fauct, counters are marble from .kv. Custom mother of pearl accent wall with inlays to create a mesmerizing tile pattern. The rohl shower system is installed with 3 separate diverter valves for the rain head, shower head and handheld. The remaining wall tile and floor tile is a beautiful white marble tile. We installed a soap niche and foot shelf for shaving. We also opened up the laundry area by removing the header and reducing the closet in the adjacent room. By doing this we created more space for a steam closet a washer and dryer and a cabinet and folding counter. We also completed the entire exterior with all new pella windows and doors and hardie board siding. Stay tuned!

Talk about needing Iacono Improvements Inc! We did a full exterior renovation as you can see some details you might not notice are the fascias built out for soffits with LED soffit lighting. (stay tuned for night shots). We also installed a new roof, all new windows, doors and skylights, heavy gauge black aluminum fascia trim and gutters. The siding was replaced with stuco finishes. We updated the steps using outdoor porcelain tile and bluestone treads with integrated step lights. At the main entrance we built out the steps and the wall as well as integrating a built in flower pot. For the stone walls and stair treads we used veener wall stone from For the soffits and front entry wall and ceiling we used grapa T&G and shiplap from . We protected the wood using watco teak oil which also enhances the natural vibrant beauty of the wood. Stay tuned for more pics that will include a glass wall at the front entrance a new garage door and all of the outdoor lighting in the soffits and steps.

In need of more living space? Convert your garage or other unneeded space into a new beautiful living space! We converted this two car garage into a day room and bedroom. We extended and remodeled the existing bathroom to accommodate a shower and access from both sections of the home. We continued the same porcelain wood tile from the foyer down into the existing living room and the new living areas. Also not shown in these pictures is very large comfortable laundry room area that was renovated to accommodate the new space.

Take a look at this stunning outdoor living space we designed and built for our long time client now good friend! We used all authentic reclaimed oak beams and heart teak wood on ceilings and soffit to match the work we completed on the home at a much earlier date. You can see we included outdoor appliances which include a sink, double door fridge, ice maker, state of the art grill with a high 1200 cfm outdoor exhaust hood vent up through the roof from (also from BBQguys storage drawers, pullout garbage). We also installed additional ceiling exhaust fans to pull out any smoke or heat that might make it up to the peak of the ceiling. We installed a 10' gas overhead heater from above the seating area in front of the Lanai gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Many more features such as lighting, hidden ambient rope lights along the tops of the beams in the outdoor living space Also ceiling fan just to help create that perfect climate or Breeze.
