We were contacted by a customer experiencing issues with an old cloth wiring system on their stairwell light. The problem was caused by a 14/3 Wire showing signs of sporadic resistance - a clear indication of damage, likely from a crushed wire. To resolve this issue, a Lutron Caseta smart switch was installed. This smart switch provides a stable solution, eliminating any ongoing issues caused by the compromised wiring. We were contacted by the customer to install a new hall nightlight outlet off their bathroom lighting circuit. They also needed an additional outlet in the attic to serve their condensate pump. Both tasks were efficiently handled using Leviton and Carlon products. Furthermore, as a safety feature, we installed a new light in their attic and positioned a handy GFI near the return. Today we answered a client's request for assistance with their bathroom fans. The hall bathroom required a full fan installation which was executed smoothly, utilizing a premium Panasonic ceiling fan. Additionally, to cater to our customer needs, we used robust Lambro Duct and reliable 3M tape, ensuring a seamless and lasting install.
