TC home services was closed due to personal reasons over a year ago around Feb 2023.

The owner no longer even lives in the state of Washington. The page is left live only as an archive of past work completed.

High st basement apartment rehab. Major plumbing failure resulted in flooding and all everything being ripped out, walls cut 2ft up.

New lvp flooring, new paint throughout, upgraded kitchenette area with a new sink cabinet, upgraded appliances, added drywall to the kitchen ceiling, new toilet, new vanity.

Turned out great!
