We finally wrapped up a project we kicked off back in January! This home got a full exterior refresh with new James Hardie siding. Weather delays pushed our timeline a bit, but with the sunshine finally showing up, we were able to complete the final paint last week.

The result? A durable, beautiful transformation built to last.

A One-Year-Old Home with Attic Moisture Issues?
Yes, it happens! This recently built home was already showing signs of moisture buildup in the attic. After a quick inspection and walkaround, we found the issue: insufficient ventilation. The original builder hadn’t installed enough soffit vents around the perimeter.

To fix it right, we added new soffit venting and installed baffles to ensure proper airflow—setting things up correctly before the insulation goes back in. Preventing moisture now saves big headaches later!
