Brand new sheathing with Hclips. All metal sealed with roofing cement. 2 layers of felt. 6 nails per shingle and new boots and vents. New cobra vent.

Unfortunate fire from an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Fire Department had no Choice but to save the day. Now I'm ready to hang the siding.
