Fixing someone’s mistake as per usual. No reason a drain line should be dropped from 4” down to 3” AND not be sloped correctly… that’s how backups and flooding of sewage happen. But we’re getting it taken care of, the right way!

Hiring! Maintenance/handyman
Looking to hire possibly two positions. Work is typically Merritt Island, Port St. John and Titusville. Needs a vehicle, takes direction well, takes initiative and motivated.
Basic skills required:
Can operate drills, saws, paint and is willing to learn from there. Job is different sometimes day to day. We manage properties, maintenance is required, clean outs, repairs, prepare rentals for new tenants to move in. We also provide handyman work for homeowners.
