SUBCONTRACTORS WANTED – GROWING GENERAL CONTRACTOR SEEKING TRADE PARTNERS 🚧

As our business continues to expand and we've secured several larger-scale projects, we are looking to add a few qualified subcontractors to our network. We already have several trusted companies we work with, but we're looking to establish relationships with additional reliable trade partners.

We are currently seeking:
✅ Framing Contractors / Framing Crews
✅ Plumbing Contractors
✅ Electrical Contractors
✅ Roofing Contractors
✅ Exterior Siding Contractors
✅ Interior Finish Contractors (Trim, Crown Molding, Doors, Baseboards, Custom Carpentry, Cabinet Installation, and Finish Work)
Requirements:
✔ Must be properly licensed and insured for your specific trade.
✔ Must have a proven history of quality workmanship.
✔ Must provide competitive and reasonable pricing.
✔ Must be capable of handling larger-scale residential and commercial projects.
✔ Must be able to bid directly from architectural and engineered plans.
✔ Must be able to pull permits for your specific trade under the master permit that we will be obtaining as the General Contractor when applicable.
✔ Must have sufficient manpower and project management to complete the workload you commit to.
✔ Must be dependable, communicate effectively, and meet project schedules.

Please note: This is NOT a handyman opportunity. We are looking for established contractors with qualified crews capable of handling substantial projects and maintaining schedules. If you are a one-man operation or do not have the resources to support larger projects, we will likely not be a good fit.

We are currently bidding multiple projects that require detailed takeoffs and estimates from architectural plans. We need subcontractors who can review plans, provide accurate pricing, and perform the work they bid.
Our goal is to build long-term relationships with quality trade partners as we continue to grow throughout the Treasure Coast and surrounding areas.
