A water leak caused water damage behind the washer and dryer. Replaced all framing and drywall and finished to get some fresh paint on the wall!
Also installed a wood look tile. The right hand side was an open area so the homeowner decided he wanted a small closet there. Great turnout!
The homeowner is happy with the fresh new look!!
