Sometimes you just need to pick a starting point and someone to say "Let's do it". Redesign: Many times clients need help to purge before or after a move or just need to “freshen- up” their look. And other times they realize they moved "stuff" just because it was
expensive or a gift. I specialize in helping clients make their homes comfortable, organized and beautiful places to live, work and play by using what they already have to transform their home. Home Staging: My goal in home staging is to work with existing furniture and décor, first. The first impression is key in home design, whether you are staying or selling your home. Staging brings measurable value and secures equity. Statistics show professionally staged homes sell 50% faster and average for 6 - 10% higher sales price. Color/Furniture/ Shopping/Selection: Many times clients just require a quick consultation on selecting a new paint color, décor items or piece of furniture. Decluttering/ Downsizing: Many clients relocate and realize they have moved items that are aren’t necessary or a good “design fit” in their new home. I help to decide what items best utilized in the new space, consigned or donated. Holiday Decorating: Specialized client service for any holiday is a treat.
