The bathrooms in the Rookery House are designed to be bright, low maintenance, easy to clean, and accessible for aging-in-place. The primary shower has radiant heat in the wall panels to stay nice and warm.

Tucked into a grove of towering firs on a gentle east-facing slope, the Rookery House is a single-level home shaped by its Pacific Northwest setting—and the nearby great blue heron rookery that inspired its name.

Meet Shane!
Shane has over a decade of experience on projects ranging from breweries, restaurants, and industrial buildings to multi-family housing and custom single-family residences. He is a multi-faceted, detail-oriented code guru, who can also swing a hammer. He is a licensed Architect in the state of Washington and Oregon.

The Lands End residence is emerging from the forest floor - a homesite in a small clearing surrounded by tall firs. The additional dwelling unit/garage is wrapping up framing, while the house is just starting to become three dimensional!

She has gained experience working on residential remodels of all sizes, as well as customized furniture curation. With several years of experience as a professional organizer, Kaitlyn excels at creating spaces that are both functional and harmonious. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and building models in her free time.
