Port Townsend Art & Frame Port Townsend Art & Frame is Port Townsend's oldest and premier picture framing shop, having been established in 1970 by Frank Vane.

In 1999 Frank retired and it was purchased by Jeff and Nancy Thompson. Then, in 2013, the business was passed to Gale Noecker. Jeff shared some of his special techniques with Gale, and along with her own 13 yrs of previous framing experience, her goals are to continue bringing top notch service and craftsmanship to all projects in her shop.
