We want to address a situation that has recently come to our attention. An individual who was employed with our company was arrested outside of work hours. At the time of the arrest, they were wearing a company shirt, and unfortunately, our business name is visible in the photo being circulated.
To be absolutely clear: this matter is entirely personal and has no connection to our business operations. The company had no involvement in this individual’s actions.
This person worked only in the shop and was never an installer or someone who entered clients’ homes. Effective immediately, this individual is no longer employed with our company.
We remain committed to serving our clients and community with integrity and professionalism. This situation is deeply disappointing, but it does not reflect the values, standards, or practices of our business.
