New Traditional Architecture (NTA) “All things built with the idea of preserving the beauty of the city and adding to it..." A.E. Doyle- September 16th, 1906

NEW TRADITIONAL ARCHITECTURE is an architectural design firm whose work is based on ensuring sustainable communities through the interdependence of Restoration, Traditional Architecture and the New Urbanism. Traditionally based new architecture embraces modern life. It engages appropriate time-tested and recently developed technologies to address the needs, ongoing challenges and opportunities of

modern living and genuine sustainability. Good design can itself ensure long term value. It is compatible with mature communities, and supports the vibrant continuity critical to livable places. It results in work that is enduring, useful and beautiful. Projects we work on include a comprehensive approach to social equity, economic opportunity and the urban/rural environment. The firm is led by John R Czarnecki and Mary Frances Czarnecki, with talented staff, to provide the full scope of architectural services, including design, construction documents and on-site construction administration. It is our goal that New Traditional Architecture complement its urban or rural context. The exemplar work will seem familiar, as though it was always there, yet will delight and exceed expectations.
