Decadent Maine Classes, Private Events and MORE Cole Nadeau was originally on track for a career in forensics with the FBI, Cole changed direction to culinary arts. Come in!

Native to MDI, she has cooked professionally in Paris, Vermont, Montreal, and Cleveland. Finally she returned home to Maine to work with Chef Sam Hayward at Fore Street Restaurant. Cole now enjoys life as a freelance chef, consultant and educator. Decadent Maine is a series of cooking classes focused on the bounty of local product, showcasing the best of Maine in simple and elegant preparations. O

ur neighbors at the Old Port Wine Shop receive the four course class menu a day in advance and select wines that perfectly pair with each dish. Eat something! Drink something! Learn something!
