✨ Decking the halls and celebrating another amazing year with our FFA family! 🎄

Our office transformed into a winter wonderland for our annual staff luncheon, complete with twinkling lights, festive paper lanterns, and gorgeous evergreen garlands. The holiday spirit was in full force as our team gathered to share meals, memories, and merry moments together.

From custom holiday headbands to luminarias lining our corridors (and those stunning northern lights backdrops!), every detail made this celebration extra special. But the real magic? The incredible people who make FFA the collaborative, creative studio it is. 🌟

🏗️ Full circle moments hit different! Thrilled to host the next generation of architects from Building Enclosures class at the Mt. Scott Community Center.

Davis led an informative tour showcasing the innovative building systems that make this space unique. The students’ curiosity was contagious, diving deep into the “why” behind every design decision.

From the striking details to the seamless integration of mass timber elements - including exposed CLT floor and roof panels paired with Glulam columns and beams - this project exemplifies modern sustainable design in action. The thoughtful intersection of materials, where mass timber meets concrete shearwalls and steel framing, demonstrates the complexity and beauty of contemporary architectural solutions.

Special thanks to these bright minds for their engaging questions and genuine enthusiasm for the craft. There’s nothing more energizing than witnessing the future of architecture take shape! 🌟
