What an incredible few days in Gearhart!
We're grateful the Fireside Home Solutions team had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Professional Women in Building Retreat, centered on The Power of Growth: Connection, Collaboration, and Community.
Through candid conversations, leadership development, and authentic relationship-building, attendees explored ways to strengthen both their professional impact and our industry as a whole. We left inspired by the connections made, the ideas and best practices shared, and the collective commitment to supporting one another's growth.
A special thank you to keynote speaker Tanya Cromwell for sharing powerful insights on leadership, mentorship, and human-centered connection, and to Mel Duncan, PWB Council Chair, for facilitating a meaningful experience and guiding engaging discussions that fostered collaboration, reflection, and connection throughout the retreat.
Thank you to the HBA staff, PWB leadership team, volunteers, sponsors, and attendees whose contributions made the retreat such a success.
