These doors allow air flow for parking garages. You still cannot really see in but you can see out.

If you hear your opener groaning trying to lift and you see a gap in your spring like this picture shows, you have a broken spring. To prevent damage to the door and opener please leave the door closed until we get it replaced for you. Let us know if we can help!
