Before, during, and after tile repair.

Water damage ate away at the subfloor, so with no support several tiles cracked and caved in near and beneath the toilet. I removed 8 square feet of tile and subfloor, replaced the subfloor with material that will stand up to leaks, reinforced with blocking in the basement, and retiled.
