Today, we share some very sad news with our community.

Our colleague and friend Gilberto passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Gilberto was more than a valued member of our team—he was someone who brought kindness, dedication, and warmth into the lives of everyone who worked with him. Our clients loved Gilberto, he managed hundreds of the most beautiful properties with grace, pride, and the best smile. He will be deeply missed.

Our hearts are with Gilberto’s family, loved ones, and all who had the privilege of knowing him during this incredibly difficult time.

Here's a nice resto. Its not ironic that we have to strip dark buildings, dark colors create a lot of condensation and warp substrates. Its hard to see, but the dark paint is completely failing, requiring paint removal. PPR educates our clients about the problems with dark colors, our goal is performance and preserving structures as if they were ours, and dark colors contradict that effort.

Very Proud of our Team on this one, It was much more involved than our typical work load as we built all the cabinets in house, and only used Tile & Electrical Subs. And a good example of PPR's potential. We typically focus on repairs, lite remodeling, and lots of painting, and can only consider such projects to carry the team through the slower winter months. Nonetheless; with a bit of patience, we'll help if we can, and glad to do it. More photos to come.

Here's a beauty of a full restoration of an old nice craftsman. Removing Vinyl siding, Removal of old lead paint, Carpentry Repairs; New Steps, rails, removing a goofy remodel to reclaiming a nice Porch, and a very thorough prime/fill/finish scope. Turned out great.
