Just a peak of this past week, came in to reinforce the roof system and tie in the existing ballon framing to the old walls. Big triple 20 inch by 32 foot lvls as a new ridge and 12 inch simpson bolts through the sill plate made this one interesting. Still more to follow from this one

Another one done for the books, came in to just replace the windows. Once we started pulling, noticed that there wasn't any housewrap on the home and had some sheathing rot because of that. Home owner asked if we could wrap it, and since we were there, we did at a discount. You never know whats hidden until the works starts, but were here to give you piece of mind no matter what we encounter.

Just finished this project, went from painted cedar decking to a 2 tone composite. 31 x 7 on the ends with much longer span in the middle. Breaker board make a big difference with composite and we love to do them. Call or text at 2072866608
